About Us

Interdisciplinary Teamwork in TRUST

A primary motivation in entrepreneurship is gaining the ability to generate greater possibilities using limited resources. To achieve this goal, we believe that two heads are better than one. Thus, from the start, we worked on initiating principles and guidelines for our team that would establish qualities of transparency, honesty, and trust.

Our team has core competencies to manage our business module including interdisciplinary knowledge and experience in nanomaterials, immunoassays, biomarkers for IVD, optical readers, product approval regulations and quality control systems, medical system integration, automated production, and clinical study design. In addition to the necessary domain knowledge to commercialize our innovative technologies into IVD medical devices, we also pursue growth in business soft skills such as cross-culture communication, leadership, feedback queries, agility, problem solving etc. In order to enrich those soft skills, we regularly conduct activities for team building in between our busy work schedule. Consistent practice of these activities has improved our group cohesion and contributed to a work-based system built on TRUST. As well, placing trust and understanding at the core of our team helps us optimize resources and outputs.
